Let's Meet!
After making initial contact, we can move forward to meeting in person for 1 hour. During this hour, we can get to know one another, answer questions, and take a look at what's next.
1st Prenatal
We will meet for your first prenatal when you are around 20-30 weeks. This will be a longer meeting lasting about 2 hours. We are really going to dive in as a birth team, together to discuss the following and much more.

2nd Prenatal Visit
Our last time meeting before we meet your sweet baby! We will meet at around 34 weeks. In this visit, we are really going to focus on mama and making sure you are set up for success in postpartum to heal, rest, and love on your little. Discussion in this meeting includes

Birth
The time has come! You are in labor and ready to birth your beautiful child. As your doula, I am on call from weeks 37 until you birth. Once we know you are in labor, I am accessible by text and call until I join you in your birth space during active labor. We will discuss the details of how and when I join you on your delivery day in our prenatal visits. I will stay with you for about 1-2 hours after delivery.

Postpartum
After you and your little one have had time to get acquainted, I will message and check in. At around 4-6 weeks, we will meet to see how you are healing physically and mentally, if you need any more support, and talk about your devoted birth! I will be accessible by text or call the 6 weeks or more after baby is born.
What's Included in a Devoted Birth?

Physical and emotional support for mama. Depending on your birth space, as your doula I will act as your advocate in getting the care you deserve.
Available by text or call 7 AM-7 PM for questions, concerns, and support.
Access to all birth tools included but not limited to tens machine, peanut ball, message rollers, raboza scarf, thermotherapy
Access to pregnancy, birth and postpartum resources to keep you healthy, balanced, and thriving.
Research based practices to manage and cope with pain. I am trained in the best practices to help mamas cope.
Lactation Support in and out of the birth space. I am trained in lactation support, and can help you find resources if I am unable to fix any issue.
The Doula Package
$1,150
Retainer payment - $350
This payment secures your due date on my calendar where I will be on call from 37 weeks until birth.

Remaining Amount - $750
The rest of the full payment is due at 36 weeks.

If you are not in a financial place to be able to afford my full fee, there are scholarships and other options available. The initial meet and greet is free and we can discuss options then!
